Meet Amanda, MMM’s driven and passionate CEO. With a passion for excellence and a deep commitment to the well-being of her employees, Amanda is a true servant leader in every sense of the word. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz and started her career in Marketing. Through her experience and passion for developing people, she launched My Mountain Mover in 2020, a company that enriches the lives of thousands.
Throughout her career, Amanda has demonstrated a unique ability to balance the demands of business with a genuine care for the people she works with. She knows that the Movers & support team are the lifeblood of MMM, and she works tirelessly to create a culture of work-life balance, integrity, living like family, and Christ-Centeredness.

Where The Story Starts
My Mountain Mover began its journey from humble beginnings, starting with just a few virtual assistants and a few support staff. With a strong foundation and a clear vision, our company started to grow from the ground up.
June 2021
Movers Connect
Not more than a year since we launched, My Mountain Mover started the very first Movers Connect – a monthly virtual meeting where VAs can get together, play games, and receive recognition for their hard work and valuable contributions.

Launch of Greater Heights Foundation
As part of our mission to enrich the lives of thousands, MMM launched the Greater Heights Foundation – the company’s charitable arm dedicated to giving back to various local communities in the Philippines. Through this initiative, the foundation supports various causes and drives positive change.

The Inaugural Movers Summit
Just merely weeks before our second anniversary, My Mountain Mover hosted the very first Movers Summit at The Blue Leaf in Taguig City. This gala was packed with excitement, fun games, lively performances, coveted prizes – all enjoyed by our VAs, support team, and executives!

Movers Summit 2023
Not even a full year after our inaugural Movers Summit, the entire My Mountain Mover family gathered once again at the Bai Hotel in Cebu City for the second annual gala. The event saw even greater enthusiasm, with a remarkable showcase of bigger talents, more exciting prizes, and a record-breaking attendance that is double that of the previous year!

First International Directors’ Retreat
To continue MMM’s growth, our leadership team from the Philippines and the US flew to Japan for a 5-day retreat, hashing out the company’s direction for the rest of the year.

Movers Meet
2024 saw the very first Movers Meet; an in-person iteration of the monthly Movers Connect. This event brought together our virtual assistants and support team for a day of good food, fun games, and meaningful interactions, fostering stronger connections and camaraderie.
